Kundalini Yoga was brought to the west in 1969 by master teacher, Yogi Bhajan. Also known as the "Yoga of Awareness", Kundalini Yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices that incorporate movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and sound (mantra & gong). The goal of this practice is to balance the energy in the body, build physical vitality, increase consciousness, and to awaken your creative potential.
