Energy Therapy

This is the heart of my work, and it is difficult to describe because this process is organic, co-creative, and guided by Source. When I meet with you an alchemy happens. Our work transcends time and space, and becomes a vehicle for change.

We always begin by accessing the energy using the breath. I read  your energy patterns, while also listening to what I'm intuitively given. From there, the Divine directs us on how to actively work with what is out of alignment. Throughout the process I am teaching you about your energy anatomy and how to work with it.

Most importantly, you are an active participant. That's what makes it co-creative! 

Change happens  on all levels (physical, emotional, and spiritual), and from all times and dimensions. You will release the past, while learning to work with and activate your energy anatomy.
