What is it?
Known as the "Yoga of Awareness", Kundalini Yoga is an uplifting synthesis of spiritual and physical practices that incorporate movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and sound (mantra & gong). The goal of this practice is to balance the energy in the body, build physical vitality, increase consciousness, and to awaken your creative potential.
In my classes, while the practices are mostly from the Kundalini tradition, the lens through which I filter these teachings encompasses the many traditions that have been a part of over the last 20 years.
